Asker Healthcare Group has acquired Melet Schloesing Laboratories GmbH (MS Labors), a niche distributor of point-of-care testing equipment and consumables in Austria.
MS Labors specialises in the sale of point-of-care testing equipment and consumables to general practitioners and other primary care facilities in Austria.
“We continue to build on our position and customer offering in Austria and are pleased to welcome the MS Labors team to Heintel Gruppe and the Asker family. The founder has established MS Labors as a trusted partner to its customers over the past 25 years. We are proud to have been entrusted to continue developing his company together with him and his team”, says Johan Falk, CEO Asker Healthcare Group.
The acquisition is a bolt-on acquisition to Heintel Gruppe.
