Best Transport enters into an agreement to acquire Ringstad Transport AS

With the complementary acquisition, Best Transport increases its geographical coverage and expands its service offering in Norway.

Ringstad was founded in 1990 and is headquartered in Moss. The company offers diverse services within transport and logistics including transports of smaller packages, piece goods, bulk goods, dangerous goods, and related warehousing in its own storage terminal. The Ringstad fleet consist of more than 70 vehicles and its operation covers all of Norway, with a stronger presence in key locations.

The completion of the acquisition is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
