Nalka portfolio company Certego has signed an agreement to acquire Lås & Larm Aktuellt (LLA), an established provider of locking and security solutions in Malmö, Sweden.
Founded in 2020, LLA provides installation, service and advisory services for locks and locking systems, access control and alarms.
The acquisition is part of Certego’s continued development in Sweden. Combining LLA’s local expertise and customer relationships with Certego’s broader offering enhances the ability to support customers throughout the entire lifecycle of their security solutions, from advice and installation to ongoing service and development

The acquisition is subject to customary regulatory approval (FDI). Completion is expected in late November or early December.
