Nalka portfolio company Uniwater continues to strengthen its position in Sweden, acquiring 3VA-Säkrare AB, a specialist in pressure testing and niche water and wastewater services, based in the Stockholm region. The acquisition complements Uniwater's portfolio of companies and expands the group's market position in water infrastructure in Sweden.
3VA is a specialist within pressure testing and quality assurance of water and wastewater infrastructure. The company, based in Huddinge, Stockholm, was founded in 1990 and currently has five employees. In addition to pressure testing, 3VA also offers services such as repair of wells, separators, flushing, filming and leak detection, via subcontractors.
“This is an important acquisition that strengthens our presence in the Stockholm region (Mälardalen) and adds specialist expertise in the growing market for pressure testing. We anticipate opportunities for synergies with other companies in our group and we will become stronger together,” says Carl Berglund, Business Area Director for Uniwater Solutions.
