Nalka portfolio company Uniwater has acquired Norwegian Controlpartner AS, specialists in automation and system solutions for water infrastructure. Controlpartner marks Uniwater's fifth acquisition in 2025, and Uniwater's fifth operating company in Norway.
Controlpartner are specialists in digitalization and future-proofing of municipal water and wastewater facilities and industrial processes. The company designs and delivers operational control systems and automation for wastewater treatment plants, water plants, pumping stations and industrial plants.
“This is an important step in our strategy to strengthen our presence in Norway and offer automation solutions for the water infrastructure of the future. With Controlpartner, we now have four strong companies in electricity and automation in Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
