Nalka has entered into an agreement to acquire Anlagen-Montagen Werder GmbH (AMW), a full-service engineering and service provider specializing in electrical power infrastructure, based in Werder (Havel), Germany.
AMW delivers end-to-end solutions for high-, medium-, and low-voltage systems, supporting utilities and industrial customers with the planning, construction, installation, commissioning, modernization, maintenance, and servicing of electrical substations and switchgear. Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Werder (Havel), Germany, AMW has a strong position in North-East Germany, while also delivering projects and services nation-wide, and internationally. Nalka has now entered an agreement to acquire AMW.

About the transaction
The investment in AMW is advised by the Nalka DACH team (Nalka Advisors Germany) and will be made by the investment fund Nalka DACH Investments SA SICAF-RAIF, managed by Interogo Fund Management (Luxembourg). The transaction is pending regulatory approval.
