Nalka portfolio company has entered into an agreement to acquire the Norwegian IT company Avant IT. With this acquisition, Avoki takes another step towards becoming the leading IT provider in the Nordic market.
Avant IT is a comprehensive provider of IT services in Norway, catering to businesses with high demands for operational reliability and efficiency. Avant IT’s own platform, Legal 365, integrates with Microsoft 365 and is specifically tailored for law firms and companies with in-house legal departments.

Avant IT is a well-established provider with high customer satisfaction, particularly within the legal sector, where they offer specialized IT services. Avant IT was founded in Norway in 2001 and has over time developed into a company offering a complete range of modern IT services. In connection with the acquisition, Avant IT will change its name to Avoki.
