Nalka portfolio company CERTEGO Group has entered into an agreement to acquire Scanview, a leading Danish provider of access control, video surveillance and parking solutions.
The acquisition strengthens Certego’s Nordic presence and supports its ambition to become a leading company within access control and monitoring solutions in Europe.
