Nalka portfolio company Asker Healthcare Group has acquired Mayumana Healthcare, a leading specialist distributor of medical equipment and related supplies in the Netherlands.
Mayumana Healthcare specialises in sales of equipment within urology, gynecology, neurosurgery and oncology to hospitals in the Netherlands.
“Asker holds a market-leading position in the direct-to-patient segment in the Netherlands and is continuously seeking opportunities to expand further in the hospital segment as well. Mayumana has a highly knowledgeable team and long-standing relationships as a provider of high-quality equipment to hospitals in the country.
