Nalka portfolio company Cibes Lift Group has entered an agreement to acquire Morning Star Elevator in Colorado USA, a leading distributor in the residential elevator and vertical platform lift segment.
This acquisition aims to strengthen Cibes’ position in the USA and open new business opportunities in the Colorado market. Morning Star Elevator becomes the fifth addition to Cibes Lift Group in US market.
