Nalka portfolio company Asker Healthcare Group has acquired 100 percent of the shares in Aspironix, a distributor of medical devices to hospitals, pharmacies and general practitioners, based in the Czech Republic.
“Aspironix has built a strong position as a specialist supplier to the hospitals in key markets of Central Europe and we are pleased the founder has chosen Asker as the company’s partner in its continued growth. Aspironix creates a solid platform for further growth in the region and in Asker’s ambition to be the leading healthcare group in Europe within medical products and solutions – driving progress in the healthcare sector”, says Johan Falk, CEO of Asker Healthcare Group.
The company has 70 employees and a revenue of approximately SEK 200m per year.
