Nalka portfolio company Norres Baggerman Group has acquired Brazilian hose manufacturer Sunflex Mangueiras, strengthening NBG’s presence in South America.
Based in the Greater São Paulo area, Sunflex Mangueiras has been operating in the market for more than 20 years and established itself as a manufacturer of high-quality extruded plastic hoses. Sunflex Mangueiras will become part of the Norres Baggerman Group and will continue to serve as a trusted partner for customers in Brazil and across South America.
