Nalka portfolio company Uniwater, Uniwater has entered into an agreement to acquire Biowater Technology, a Norwegian specialist in innovative water treatment technologies and projects. The acquisition of Biowater Technology is the fifth addition to the Uniwater group portfolio in 2024.
Biowater Technology is an engineering and construction company specialized in wastewater treatment, based in Tonsberg, Norway. With the acquisition of Biowater Technology, Uniwater expands its offering into new markets and adds cutting-edge solutions for water and wastewater treatment to the portfolio.
