Nalka portfolio company Uniwater, has acquired 4 pipes GmbH, an independent manufacturer and distributor of pipeline accessories, based in Nuremberg, Germany. The acquisition marks the group’s entry to Central Europe with a broader platform of water infrastructure products and is the fourth addition to the group in 2024.
4pipes is a service and products provider within pipeline and water infrastructure, founded in 2012. The company has around 50 employees and will strengthen Uniwater’s business area Products which already includes IBECO, Lauridsen and ABAT.
“We are happy to welcome 4 pipes and their strong team to the group. They have over the past 12 years built a strong platform in Europe and specifically the DACH-region. This acquisition strengthens us in our mission to deliver water infrastructure solutions securing water and sanitation in communities all over Europe”, says Pål Warolin, CEO of Uniwater Group.
