Nalka portfolio company Uniwater has entered into an agreement to acquire NOKA AS, a Norwegian engineering and service company specializing in drinking water treatment for municipal and industrial customers.
NOKA is a market-leading specialist in water treatment in Norway and offers services and technical solutions for drinking water treatment through membrane filtration and UV disinfection. In addition, the company provides aftermarket services with consulting, maintenance and delivery of spare parts and chemicals.
