Business description
Best Transport is a leading supplier of time-critical logistics services including distribution, IT-logistics and last-mile home delivery to both consumers and the business-to-business market. Best has approximately 550 vehicles across its network and operates across Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
The company’s history dates back to 1976 when the founder Bengt Alm established “Benkes Budbilar” (Benke’s Delivery Vans). Since then, the company has shown significant organic growth combined with market consolidation through several acquisitions. The ambition is to be the “Nordic leader within time-critical transport and logistics services”.
Best Transport has operations in Sweden (Stockholm, Uppsala, Gothenburg, Malmö, Växjö, Jönköping), Norway (Oslo) and in Denmark (Copenhagen). Through its network of franchisees and partners, Best is also active in approximately 20 additional Swedish locations and is thus able to deliver to approximately 70 percent of the Swedish population.
