Nalka portfolio company Uniwater acquires Avvatech, strengthening its presence in southern Sweden within Water Treatment.
Founded in 2007, Avvatech is an established player in water and environmental technology. The company is based in Malmö, in the south of Sweden and provides reliable and efficient solutions in water and wastewater treatment.
The acquisition enhances the geographical reach of Uniwater’s Water Treatment business area, which already includes companies such as Aquasvea, Elva Processautomation, and Emendo.
