Our ambition at Nalka is to develop independent, competitive and long-term profitable businesses.
We do this with an active and focused investment approach, where we combine in-house sector and local market expertise with access to long-term capital for strategic development and growth.
Our current portfolio consists of 12 companies with an international presence, managed by strong local teams of investment professionals and business support, based in Stockholm, Sweden and Munich, Germany.

Our investment team
Our co-workers in the investment team come from a range of backgrounds, including investment banking, private equity, management consulting and strategic company development.
The investment team is active in the boards, but also support our businesses in strategic areas such as international expansion, M&A, strategic growth initiatives and other operational activities – all depending on the maturity and needs of the individual company.
Our business support
Our Business Support team consists of co-workers with backgrounds in, among other things, auditing, consolidation, accounting, payroll, office management and communication.
The Business Support team not only supports all Nalka internal activities, but also supports our businesses with coaching and development of finance functions when needed.
