Asker Healthcare Group has signed an agreement to acquire Kirstine Hardam A/S (Hardam), a leading distributor of medical supplies in Denmark.
Hardam specialises in the sale of branded supplies from leading international manufacturers within ostomy, wound care, nutrition, and incontinence care to hospitals and direct-to-patient services in Denmark.
“We are pleased to welcome the Hardam team to the Asker family. Over the past 45 years, Hardam has built a strong position and a portfolio of high-quality products supporting patients in post-surgical aftercare, which will complement our existing presence in Denmark well”, says Johan Falk, CEO Asker Healthcare Group.
The acquisition remains subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to be closed in the fourth quarter of 2025.
