Nalka has entered into an agreement to acquire Road Mobility Services, a leading European provider of roadside assistance, tire services and vehicle aftermarket services for the commercial transport industry.
Road Mobility Services is a leading European provider of roadside assistance, tire services and vehicle aftermarket services for the commercial transport industry. By bringing together top-tier local entrepreneurs, the group combines the personal service of regional experts with the strength and scale of a unified organization. This is a bilateral transaction between Nalka and Consolid, where Consolid will remain a significant minority shareholder and partner to Nalka and the company, going forward.
