Norres Baggerman Group have roots from 1889 and is today focused on the development, production and sales of industrial hoses produced in PU, PVC and rubber for a wide variety of end-markets (e.g. industrial automation, agriculture, food & pharma and renewable energies) with market-leading quality and product availability. In addition, the company also offers the corresponding connecting parts (e.g. couplings).

The company is headquartered in Gelsenkirchen (Germany) and employs approx. 400 people across six production facilities in five countries (DE, CN, US, IT, CH) which is complemented by 15 sales and warehousing sites in 14 separate markets.

The investment in Norres was advised by the Nalka DACH team (Nalka Advisors Germany) and made by the Luxembourg investment fund Nalka DACH Investments SA SICAF-RAIF. The investment is managed by Inter Fund Management (Luxembourg).
