Asker Healthcare Group has acquired Novus Med, a leading niche distributor of solutions within endoscopic surgery technologies and patient positioning systems within the UK.
Novus Med is based in the UK and a team of twelve co-workers. The acquisition is a bolt-on to HSL Group.
