Nalka portfolio company Asker Healthcare Group has acquired Opitek ApS, a provider of equipment and surgical instruments to hospitals in Denmark. The acquisition is made by Asker Healthcare Group’s subsidiary OneMed and strengthens the Asker position and offering within surgery in Denmark.
“We continue to strengthen our position in Denmark within surgery with Opitek’s portfolio of high-quality products and surgical instruments. Together with the Sterilean instrument portfolio we acquired a couple of years ago, we can now offer a more comprehensive and more efficient solution for Danish healthcare providers,” says Johan Falk, CEO Asker Healthcare Group
Opitek sells patient positioning devices, OR-room equipment, and surgical instruments including educational programs, service and repairs.
