Nalka portfolio company Cibes Lift Group has acquired Meier + Co. AG, the leading supplier of vertical platform lifts in Switzerland. Through the acquisition, Cibes expands its direct sales presence to Switzerland, strengthening its position on the European market.
A distributor for Cibes Lift Group since 2007, Meier+ offers lift solutions to public, commercial and residential customers, providing a full range of customer services, including sales, installation, maintenance and 24/7 support. Founded in 1952, Meier + Co is based in Niedergösgen and has approximately 30 employees.
