Nalka portfolio company Cibes Lift Group entered into an agreement to acquire Area Access Inc, a distributor of vertical lifts based in Virginia, USA.
With the acquisition, Cibes Lift Group increases its capacity to deliver innovative solutions to customers across the US market. The addition of Area Access Inc marks Cibes’ fourth US addition to the group.

The acquisition is planned to be completed during the first quarter of 2024. The addition of Area Access Inc marks the fourth US acquisition for Cibes Lift Group. Previous additions to the group include American Elevator of Atlanta (Georgia), Bella Elevators (Illinois) and Elevator Service Company (Connecticut).
