Petrina Knowles

Petrina is currently the Chief People Office at Novo Holdings and is part of the Executive Leadership team. Prior to joining the Novo Nordisk Foundation and Novo Holdings, Petrina was the Global Head of HR in the COO area of Danske Bank. Other previous employments include positions at Carlsberg Group as HR Development Director, A.P. Møller-Maersk as General Manager and TDC as Chief Consultant. Petrina holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Psychology from Aarhus University.
