Petrina has extensive experience in leading global HR functions, executing strategic HR agendas, talent management and organisational development with previous roles as Chief People Officer at Novo Holdings and the Novo Nordisk Foundation, SVP and Global Head of HR in the COO area of Danske Bank, HR Development Director for Carlsberg Group, General Manager in A.P. Moller-Maersk and Chief Consultant for TDC. Petrina holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Psychology from Aarhus University.
