Nalka portfolio company, Norres Baggerman Group, has entered into an agreement to acquire the hose and ducting specialist Flexible Technologies. With the acquisition, Norres Baggerman will strengthen its reach in North America whilst adding new technical competence to the group.
The Flexible Technologies Group manufactures flexible hose and ducting for medical, industrial, and construction industries. The group consists of three businesses: Hitech Duravent, Hi-Tech Medical and Flexschlauch Produktions GmbH. Together, the group employs approx. 200 co-workers in Abbeville,South Carolina USA and in Lübeck, Germany.
The acquisition marks a significant milestone in Norres Baggerman’s growth strategy and further strengthens the company’s position as a global innovation leader in highly engineered transfer solutions. The combination creates a highly complementary platform with expanded technological capabilities, broader market access, and enhanced manufacturing expertise.
